With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate on Cape Cod and throughout Southeastern  Massachusetts, Kevin brings a deep understanding of the local market and a hands-on approach to every deal. He specializes in the sale of automotive, restaurant, office, warehouse, retail, and salon properties—matching clients with the right opportunities through strong relationships and a sharp eye for potential.

Kevin graduated from Bryant College and began his career with Texaco, managing service stations across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. He later launched four successful businesses of his own, including two service stations, an auto parts distribution company, and Cape Discount Home Heating Oil. His 40 years of business ownership and management experience give him a unique edge in understanding his clients’ needs.
Known for his excellent customer service and creative problem-solving, Kevin has a natural ability to bring people together and help them navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity. He lives on Cape Cod and enjoys golf, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with his grandchildren.
