With 15 years of experience in residential real estate on Cape Cod, Nik is now expanding his expertise into commercial real estate, where he will be providing  sales, leasing, and property management services. Nik's deep understanding of the local market, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to client success allow him to provide exceptional service in both commercial and residential transactions.

Whether assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing commercial space, or helping them buy and sell homes, Nik brings dedication, local knowledge, and a results-driven approach to every transaction. He believes that strong relationships matter.

Nik previously worked as Realtor with a respected residential real estate company for eleven and an half years. 

Nik brings vast transactional, business and civic experience to the firm. Nik has been appointed Executive VP at the Premier.

As a native Cape Codder, born and raised in Hyannis, Nik has a lifelong connection to the region. He is committed to the community which is evident by his many volunteer endeavors. Nik currently resides in Centerville with his wife, Dawn, where they raised their two children.
